1. Payment to You
(a) We offer to pay you $350 to a bank account of your choosing in exchange for the sole and exclusive right to create or use any betting accounts in your name, along with the right to fund those accounts with a betting bank account created in your name for the purposes of betting and transferring capital and profits of betting activities to other bank accounts of ours.
(b) The distribution of this payment is subject to our absolute discretion.
(c) If your ID is insufficient to verify with the bookmaker TAB, the scheduled payment will be cancelled. We will retain the right to use your ID for other bookmakers for the duration of this agreement.
(d) You are expected to provide reasonable assistance to us throughout the initial process to get your accounts up and running.
(e) If you wish to use some of the betting sites listed in s 3.1 or your accounts are already promotion banned your once off fee may be reduced.
2. Betting Bank Account
2.1 Account creation: You agree to let us use your personal information to set up a Betting Bank Account and to order a debit card linked to your account. You agree to help verify this bank if required, allow multiple banks to be created, and allow the creation of a new email and phone number with your personal details for the sole purpose of operating these accounts.
2.2 Use of account: We agree to only use your Betting Bank Account for the express purpose of betting and transferring capital and profits to our bank accounts. No credit applications or fundraising in your name without express written permission.
2.3 Ownership of funds: All funds deposited and withdrawn into your Betting Bank Account are always our property. Any unauthorised transfer of funds constitutes theft.
3. Betting Accounts
3.1 Account creation: You agree to let us use your personal information to set up betting accounts with all current and future bookmakers licensed in Australia (Bet365, Betr, Betfair, Bluebet, PlayUp, Neds, Palmerbet, Pointsbet, Sportsbet, TAB, Topsport, Unibet, Vicbet, Ladbrokes, Tabtouch, Bbet, Sport Champs), and fund them with your Betting Bank Account.
3.2 Use of account: We will only use these accounts for betting purposes and transferring profits. You agree NOT to use, access or create new accounts under your name for the duration of this agreement.
3.3 Ownership of funds: All funds in these betting accounts are always our property.
4. Information & Data Storage
4.1 You agree to provide all information required to set up Betting Bank Accounts and betting accounts, including all ID verification requested.
4.2 Required ID includes: full name, residential address, phone and email; 100 points of ID; secondary documents (driver's licence front/back, etc.); and a selfie holding your ID.
4.3 We agree to only use this information for the purpose of betting.
4.4 (a) All personal data is stored in a secure 2FA Google Drive. (b) Data is collected on a secure Jotform.
5. Representations and Warranties
You represent you are not a minor, that this Agreement is binding, that compliance does not contravene any law, and that all information provided is correct and complete.
6. Indemnities
Each indemnity is a continuing obligation, separate and independent, and survives termination.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate at any time by communicating intent to the other party.
7.2 Insufficient ID allows us to immediately terminate without payment.
7.3 On termination all funds in betting/bank accounts return to us with two weeks access to complete returns.
7.4 If a once-off fee was paid, we may use your accounts for a minimum of one year unless you repay all payments.
8–18. General Provisions
Any legislation lessening obligations is excluded where permitted. Amendments must be in writing. Notices in writing via personal delivery, mail, fax, email or Facebook. The Agreement creates no partnership or joint venture. You may not assign rights without written consent. Powers and remedies are cumulative. This Agreement contains the entire understanding. Governed by the laws of New South Wales, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
